Refund Policy
In normal instances, a refund will be issued to you on an instant basis. But in some cases, it may take 2 working days for the refund to be issued. Once the refund has been issued you will receive an email confirmation. Please take note that in cases concerning a refund, the bank may take 4-7 working days to update the credit to your account. This is a purely automatic process and will be followed in all cases without fail. However, some cases might turn out in a way where you could get a confirmation of a successful recharge without receiving a recharge or credit for your bill payment. In such cases, you are welcome to lodge a complaint by creating a support ticket on our “Contact Us” page and we promise to provide you with a quick resolution to the problem.
In such cases when you are not satisfied with the resolution provided you are free to submit an escalation ticket on our “Contact Us” page by clicking on the “Escalation” option. Kindly note that the escalation requests will only be accepted only after 8 days of the transaction.
Websmyle does not hold any responsibility for recharges purchased by you and you have to bear the result of those recharges . The sales of recharges once initiated are final and no refund will be entertained. Websmyle is not responsible for the recharge of an incorrect account number.
Returns: Once your products are delivered, you have a week from the date of delivery to try them on and file a return and full-refund request with the company. Returns that are shipped after a week will be eligible for store credits. Once the time nears a month, the returns will not be accepted by the company.

All the merchandise to be returned should be in its original packaging. At WebSmyle, we do not reimburse any type of return or shipping fees, and you will have to incur that cost. However, we will provide a free of cost return label for all orders that were not fulfilled correctly.
Instructions: If you are self-shipping the items for return, you must include a tracking number from renowned delivery providers to us via email. Failure to do so will inevitably delay the return/credit processing.
We do not, however, accept exchanges at the moment.
However, in case you have made a transaction on our site with money being charged to your card or bank account without the delivery of the recharge or product , feel free to inform us through an email to contact@websmyle.com or posting us a message. In that case, you will be refunded with the full amount. Websmyle requests you to fill the following details in your email - Recharge value, Order Value ,Order number along with the date of transaction. Websmyle will look into your complaint and investigate whether money was charged to your bank without a delivery of product or recharge or not. If your complaint is found to be legitimate, your money shall be refunded to you within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.
Please keep in mind that on all cases our liability is only bound to providing you with a valid recharge, a bill payment or buying issue a refund to the amount of payment as received by us. We shall not be held responsible for any other claim or consequential liability that may arise out of a failed recharge or payment of bill on our system.
